This has been, without a doubt, the most disappointing and unprofessional experience I’ve ever had with an insurance company. The lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer service is honestly alarming. It took nearly 30 days to receive any kind of meaningful response regarding a situation that has significantly impacted my daily life. That level of delay is not just inconvenient—it shows a complete disregard for the people you’re supposed to be helping. My assigned adjuster, Brittne G., was consistently unresponsive and provided little to no assistance throughout this entire process. Multiple calls and messages were ignored, and there was absolutely no effort made to keep me informed. At no point did I feel like my case was being handled with any sense of urgency or care.
