I called regarding Property, Construction, RV and Auto insurance. The young lady that answers the phone was polite... BUT... the agents NEVER returned any of my calls. I tried for two weeks calling every other day. They were always in meetings, on the phone or with clients. I was told many times they would return my phone calls in 15 minutes to an hour. NOTHING. A friend recommended them, so I wanted to give them a chance. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSEWARE. Heaven help anyone who needs them in the event of an accident.
