C & E Financial Services

Well… let’s say that this review is purely a reflection of one person not the entire company. I have been a long time customer of C&E (6 years exactly) up until recently. I needed to secure a surety bond through C&E and I was working with Jon C whom I’ve worked with in the past. First thing is this year in renewing my bond it was just not feasible for me to pay $2400 for a bond that I know others have obtained for much much less. However, I was willing to pay this very expensive premium considering this is something that I need for my business. I initially contacted C&E on 4/30/25 when I realized my bond needed to be renewed (THEY DO NOT FOLLOW UP IN ANY WAY TO INFORM YOU THAT YOU ARE EXPIRING). I left a message and my number for Jon C to call me with no return call. I called again on 5/2/

I was referred to Jon Christiana by a friend many years ago and I decided to bundle my home and auto through him. I'm not always an easy customer. I'm nice, but I'm demanding, ask a lot of questions, and hold those around me to a high standard. Jon handles me with grace and professionalism. We have become good friends over the years.
