After Hurricane Ian I placed a claim with my homeowners insurance company and then my claim was given to Burton Claims - Desk Adjustor Jacqueline Moore. During the claim process I ran into a lot of hiccups and adjustors not answering and not communicating, I was feeling very alone in the process and not knowing what to do or who to turn to. Without fail Jacqueline would ALWAYS answer her phone, even on the weekend and after 5PM, she would make me feel better about the process and would answer my questions, no mater how silly or little it was she really made me feel like I had someone on my side!! She was AMAZING!!!!!!

Dealing with this company on a insurance claim is the worst experience I have every had.
