This company is the worse, my son has been dealing with this company since his accident and injury on his job. It takes them forever to pre approve anything . But the worse is the stress and unprofessionalism when it comes to getting your weekly compensation. They are never in the office, you can never reach anyone by phone that can get your issue resolved. The process stresses you out more than the injury. You would think electronic deposits would simplify things but nope. Still need a physical person to set the transfer in motion and either they don’t know how or they’re not in office to do it. I can’t wait til this is over for my child so he can have a peace of mind. 24 years old, says it’s his worse experience ever.

Absolute worst. They don’t care about the injured party at all. I was sent to 3 surgeons who all said the same thing, I need cervical spine surgery before they approved it. They approved it 3 days before my surgery date and left me to try find somewhere to get cardiac clearance. Also it was an entire year that I had to walk around with two crushed discs in my neck due to the incompetence of this company Also Penny Sarro is terrible. I don’t know how she keeps a job. She lies and doesn’t care at all. She has had a request for injections to be approved since July 2024, I called her in September to ask about them and she had no idea what I was talking about and needed to check my file, needless to say it’s Jan 1 2025 and still nothing.
