Buffalo Land Abstract Co

Recently and finally closed with Buffalo. It was a horrible experience. I would tell people to steer very clear from this place. They are very unprofessional, at one point, Trisha Adams even hung up on me. They delayed the closing by 3+weeks because they failed to make a phone call. They blamed all of their problems on other people. I have dealt with many title companies and this is absurd. They have caused us delays on several projects. I'd suggest trying Guaranty Abstract - They have a great reputation.

Easy and smooth closing, staff was very knowledge like always! I have used Buffalo for my last 3 Real Estate transactions and recommend them to anyone who wants great service!

Really they rate a zero. They are Billing me for something done 2 years ago while I had covid that I did not order and do not know anything about and after several calls and emails I cannot get anyone to look into what may be fraud. 👎

Worst title company I have experienced in over 200 real estate closings. Just in no rush to get it done
