Loyal Donegal Insurance customer for 10+ years. Policy was written by Buettner. Involved in two not at fault accidents ( others drivers at fault, police reports filled and fault on other driver) I received NO support from Buettner Insurance. Routed to claims department. Left for Erie insurance. Best decision I made. Should have left after the first accident. If you have Donegal, do yourself a favor and go to Erie Insurance.
Eric is the best ever! He is very caring, knowledgeable, and truly looks out for your best interest. He is so personable and will definitely get you the best deal on insurance!
