Mary is very unprofessional. I asked a question about my renewal and she responded with check your voicemails I left you a few voicemails with attitude. I’m always on time for my payment & she gives me a hard time every month. She don’t like to do her job and is very unprofessional over the phone. Screams at customers and gets irritated with questions about your bill. Very unprofessional. Very rude.

There are a few reviews on here that are unfavorable, and while anything is possible on any given day, I find it EXTREMELY hard to believe. I've been getting insurance through Budget insurance for MANY, MANY years, and Mary has always been friendly, polite, professional, courteous and knowledgeable in every regard. I have seen her treat others that way as well, and everybody I've spoken to who has dealt with Mary at Budget insurance has said the same. Anybody who says otherwise, I'm calling an outright liar, or at best, seriously mistaken. I will not buy my auto insurance through ANY other company in this town, and I've dealt with several others in the past so I have a very good idea of what I am comparing to and it's definitely not apples to apples.

We overall had a great experience. My son accidentally knocked his glass over and they rushed over to clean it. The staff was very friendly and very accommodating, was a little cold so they turned the heat up for us. It was very clean and the food was fresh. First time taking my kids and I was very pleased. We'll definitely be back.

I would not recommend this place to anyone. Mary is the most unprofessional rude person i have ever dealt with. 2 payments in a row were denied because she put the payment information into the computer wrong. When she was confronted with the problem she denied everything and blamed it On someone else. On the 3rd attempt to make the payment she took the check and the payment went through and then a week later said we had 5 days to find another insurance company.
