My old agent had retired, and I was worried about who State Farm would recommend. Much to my surprise, I found Bryan was personable, and very knowledgeable. He will answer the phone himself, and if not, he will promptly call back. I have never felt like I was being, “pushed,” to “up,” my insurances. As a matter of fact, when I was going through a divorce, the staff helped me bring costs down. Bryan is honest, hardworking, and a class act. His office staff are top notch, as well.
