Spoke with Elizabeth Garza about an issue, not only did she apologize for the issue, but she walked me through the entire process on what, when where, why, and how. She did not let up until she knew I fully understood & I was fully satisfied. Not going to lie, before talking to Liz I was about to cancel my policy & go somewhere else, but thanks to Liz awesome service & understanding I ended up staying & she didn't have to give me discounts. Her customer service is awesome, companies need people like Liz who has compassion, empathy & not talk over you. At the end of it all my issue was solved & I was satisfied. I could say a million wonderful things about Liz. She is truly one of the hardest-working individuals I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Kamil made our insurance buying process very easy and quick while also doing a great job explaining things in detail and answering any and all questions we had. I would like to thank Bryan for his guidance in assisting me with new policies for my autos, etc. He took the time to explain the various elements of the policies in terms I could relate to and understand! He explained various options within each policy. I didn't feel like he was trying to make me add more to my policies to increase my premiums, he was educating me on the differences from my current insurance policies to the new policies.
