Turns out it was a result of a recent move and the zip code changed on my payment method in my billing plan. As a result a payment was missed. Jordan at the Jeffersonville office did a wonderful job making sure I was covered durning a house fire I just had. He worked all week to get everything in order for me correctly! He communicated with me as much as possible to make sure everything could go as smooth as possible durning this difficult time for my family!
