Bruce Sears - State Farm Insurance Agent

Bruce is only helpful if you are wanting to increase how much you spend. Any other concerns are treated as if they don't matter and he refuses to answer policy questions and billing questions. His only advise is to call the office and ask someone else for help. Other than Bruce, the company is great and I'm happy with my policy.

9/02/2021 Have been with State Farm for 35+ years. (Home, Cars, Businesses, etc.) I've had a few claims over the years, each was handled quickly and to my complete satisfaction. Today my wife and I met with Bruce and got a policy that will avoid the state's new Long Term Care payroll deduction, with a product that is MUCH better, more flexible, and serves our long term needs much better. I enjoy working with Bruce very much.

I have been insured with Bruce Sears office since 2001 and it has been a wonderful experience. The most important thing for me when choosing an insurance agent is to be kept informed on my policies, and Bruce has truly done that. If you are looking for an agent you can trust, I would recommend Bruce without question.

This agency is awesome! For the coverage I receive price is great. I used to have only liability with another local agent (Perez Insurance), they where rude and the last straw was when I paid for coverage and when it came to actually needing them they denied I was insured with them even though I had signed paperwork and receipt of me paying. That is when I decided to look around and got a quote with state farm, for pretty much full coverage, it was just a few dollars more than I was paying. I decided to go for it. Bruce is fantastic, I walked in and got life insurance and the experience was so easy and comfortable. The rates were way better than I had expected, and I'm just so impressed with the service! I highly recommend Update: I bought a home and bundled my home/auto insurance. I called to update- a local phone number (!!) had a lovely lady answer who already knew who I was- who was super helpful from the start. We got everything locked in way under what I was paying at Geico, which assured me they were the lowest rate. When I called Geico to cancel, It was some automated 1800 number, had to yell at a robot "customer service!" for 10 minutes only to get a hold time of 20 minutes.
