Oh wow, where do I begin? So far in the last year that I have been living back in Maryland, I have had mostly positive experiences, but this one is so Next Level that I had to write a review about it. There is a representative that works for this company who answers the phones. I gather she is a receptionist. Never and I literally mean never in my life have I ever had anyone treat me so poorly! Insurance can be an intimidating and messy thing for me, but each time something has come up or I had questions--no matter how obscure, David was always willing to help educate me, provide options, discuss the situation and just be there to provide support. When we had an accident with our vehicle, out of state, David was able to help us navigate the complexities and get support, when we needed it most. When I opened a new business--David was there to discuss everything that I would need, to be protected, and provided encouragement and validation.
