I honestly expected to be the only one star review but there are a few. The woman that I was dealing with Was nasty and viscous on the phone. Wouldn’t let me explain my circumstances for accuracy and jumped to conclusions. After hanging up and doing some research I found that procedures that she was displaying was an act of fraudulent practices. In a nut shell, I’d stay away for your own good. Their is a lot of companies that can help you and depending on your circumstances, this is not one of them.

I was accepted for homeowners insurance 2 weeks later they said that some Item's needed to be fixed so I hired a contractor to do the repairs The next day the insurance agent, April, told Me not to bother because they were not taking me on and charged me 459.00 for doing absolutely nothing. Very poor practices

was looking for competitive quotes for my business auto and liability policies in March of 25. I had been speaking with Rick jr. He had told me I needed to sign a broker of record doc for him to get quotes and a current Record of Loss. He never stated that signing would switch the insurance agent. I had left voice mails and sent emails regarding the quotes, never heard back. I don't deal with businesses that don't follow up so I never pursued answers. Sept 15th 2025, I open my renewal policy and I have 2 trucks listed that I haven't had since April. I found out AFTER CALLING MY INSURANCE COMPANY, BROWNELL via Rick jrs manipulation....that Brownell was now my auto agent. Made another call and sent more emails.......no response from them. Just the epitome of a slimy insurance sales people.

I've dealt with April at the agency and she could not have been more helpful. She guided me in the right direction when I made a mistake with another insurance company with my home. She walked me through every step of the way always explaining why she recommended certain things, but always let me make up my own mind. Then she went above and beyond to help me with auto insurance and was able to get me more coverage for substantially less premium payment. She was very friendly and helpful, and always professional. Great people to do business with and would highly recommend.

These guys are great, I've working with them for over 10 years, we've dealt with multiple properties, businesses and unfortunately some claims. Throughout all of it Rick and team has always been completely on point. They have our back as a customer and makes sure everyone including the provider is doing what's expected.
