Brown Insurance

You must be absolutely cautious at all times when insured by brown insurance, watch your back & keep track of every record. After receiving the worst service ever both on the phone and in person, a being treated like somebody that was receiving free service I am amazed to be receiving bills in the mail after I cancelled months ago. I found out that they never actually cancelled my insurance & I am glad that I have all proof in writing of when they claimed that they did. However I also believe that you guys deserve to know that before signing up for them you should reach out to other providers & compare prices before listening to other people’s recommendation as I was able to actually get insured for ALOT more for my business for half the cost of brown. Everyone deserves better service tha

Went in for auto insurance quote + left very angry because the man helping me was so rude. I was treated as though I was a second class citizen and I was bothering him by inquiring about insurance. I will go somewhere else for all my insurance needs. I do not recommend Brown insurance agency

One of the worst Insurance Company's In Woodburn. Run. Run. Run. They outsource to different insurance and then up the premium by 30 percent or more. Then at renewal they double your rates and don't try to fight to keep it lower. Called the company they use and they where more than happy to keep us as a customer and charge the correct price.

We've always had good experiences with Brown Insurance. Professional, helpful, honest. Couldn't all for more from an insurance agent.

I have been insured through Brown Insurance over 30 years. They are the best!
