I was in a very bad wreck and I had so much trouble trying to find a rental car that didn't require a deposit. And when I called brown rentals and spoke to lauralee she was amazing. She didn't require a down deposit. And she made sure that I was taking very good care of. And even though the insurance company only allowed me 7 days to rent the car, Lauralee gave me a 2 day credit after the 7 days was up. She was so very caring and understanding what I was going through. If I could give 10 star I would. I would tell anyone to rent a car from her. She takes excellent care of her rental cars. They are the best!!!!
