Brown & Brown of Homestead

After being a client of them for three years had no other choice but to use another company. I came to be a client of them through my homeowners insurance. When I sold the house to buy another, the person that was working with me I had to follow up on her constantly as she would not follow through. After multiple calls and multiple emails, even copying other office staff, with no replies, I had end up using another company which was able to help me out as time was running out. Very unhappy and disappointed with their utter disregard for a client of them. Too bad they chose to run a business like this.

Very happy with the level of service received and the various options offered by this agency. I recently shopped insurance for a new property and was unhappy with the other quotes received due to their extremely high cost and inadequate coverage. TBH, I must have called 8 agencies before speaking with Yaritza at Brown& Brown. Speaking with her was so refreshing... She made the process simple, efficient and thorough by providing numerous quotes. She provided quotes from carriers with better ratings and at the price of lower end providers. She explained each quote in detail and adjusted my coverage as necessary. Her estinates/reports were easy to read and her response time was very fast.

I have been a customer of T.R.Jones which was bought by Brown & Brown since 1994. For many years under T.R. Jones and then Brown&Brown I received outstanding service. But in the last couple of years the service went down hill fast. There was a lot of personnel changes and it would take me several calls and emails including to the supervisor to get service. The straw the broke the camel's back came when I completed a remodeling of my home in June 2018. I then requested of Brown&Brown that the insured value be updated accordingly.
