This branch is such a disappointment. Do not purchase insurance from this agency. Shop elsewhere. We recently discovered we could have had better coverage for far less money than what this firm gave us. Why? Because they get more commission on the other options. I’m beyond disappointed to know I was actually UNDER INSURED for several years and paid much more than I’m paying with my new agent and have far better coverage. Shop around and steer clear of this agency/branch

Agents don't want to do work for their customers. There were accidents on my account that should not have been there. When I expressed this to Brown and Brown they offered no help whatsoever. They told me I had to do all the research and work myself to get these accidents off. Remember, this is an Auto Insurance Agent. Agent defined by the dictionary is someone who acts on behalf of another. After all, that's what I use an agent for: to represent me in issues I have regarding my auto insurance. So after 3 months of arguing with former insurance companies, Lexis Nexis, and others I finally got these accidents taken off my report. Lexis Nexis told me it would take 30 to 60 days to come off my report. I asked Brown and Brown to run my report in the next couple of weeks to see if the accidents

I am beyond disappointed with their sales techniques. 1. Got a cold call from them offering to reduce my Windstorm insurance 2. Got a great quote from them (the BAIT) - offers to give me a better rate if I include other coverages (auto, collectables, etc) (the SWITCH). 3. I decline other coverages 4. Am told that I MUST purchase other coverage . I believe this to be classic Bait and Switch tactics used to try and sell insurance . There was never any intention to sell me the BAIT - Beware

This company is a mess. So unprofessional. Nobody seems to know anything! I have provided the information from my mortgage company 5 times since October 28th !!! All they need to do is fax the master insurance policy. Is this too hard to do ?? Please send the master policy ASAP ! I am paying you for this !!!
