I reached out to inquire about worker's compensation insurance and surety bonding for my small business and was incredibly disappointed with not only the lack of assistance from Brown & Brown, but also how I was treated. I was referred to Brown & Brown by NJM, an insurance company I've dealt with in the past and quite like. I was contacted by one of Brown & Brown's agents, who informed me "Unfortunately, this is something that is too small for me to work on" and referred me to their small business team. Not the best customer service verbiage to use as I found that a bit belittling—My business is too small potatoes for you to take our money for your insurance? This is by far and away the best insurance company that I have ever dealt with. I had some body work that needed to be done on a car and they were there every step of the way. They chose a great body shop and the results were better than expected. Their service is great. The representatives that I have needed to deal with on the phone are there they are completely professional and have always handled issues from billing to dealing with rental companies in a manner that I never have a concern about the outcome. They are unquestionably customer oriented.

My agent Aida Simoes is wonderful. When it happened that I needed new car insurance she anticipated my needs and had already assembled the necessary paperwork prior to even contacting me so that it was easy to fill out and submit. I really appreciate all the work she’s done.

I have been @ Brown and Brown for years as a customer. I have shopped around to find, they provide the best rates for me, as well as the best service possible. My rep Joanna, recently helped with a car purchase out of state. The insurance card was ready to go the minute I rolled out of the dealership. No waiting, no excuses, just A+ customer care, and a great rate. I have home/auto and umbrella with them, of course with advisement relative to my exposure.
