I cannot in good conscience recommend this agency to anyone. After being a loyal client for 18 years they offered no help to rectify a mistake made either by them, Farmers Insurance Co. or both, and told me there was nothing they could do. I am owed a refund for a premium that should never have been deducted from my checking account in the first place and for which they then issued a refund to the wrong person and address. In addition, my new policy was issued with the wrong mailing address. I would never have expected a mistake like this, much less no help whatsoever in correcting it. At any point during the last 18 years I could have shopped for lower rates but believed staying with a large, well established agency was an advantage. But loyalty is apparently neither valued nor appreciate

They was very helpful when I first needed a quote and kind the whole time I did business with them. Price for the insurance is very competitive. Thanks to all.
