I called hoping to get a quote on a policy, and the woman was incredibly short with me to the point of being rude. She didn’t even ask me my name before telling me she couldn’t represent me because the house was built in the 1920s which is kind of funny because I’ve gotten quotes from multiple other agencies that represent the same companies. She also kept trying to find out what agencies I’d already gotten quotes from and I asked her why she needed that information and she hung up on me. Very professional!
Wonderful owner just wasn't the cheapest!
A nice lady runs this business.
