I didn't end up getting insurance from these guys yet but I wanted to leave a review just because I had such a great experience talking with them. When I told them I had a cheaper quote elsewhere instead of pressuring me to go with them, they encouraged me to go take advantage of the cheaper insurance. I contacted Brokers Insurance along with a couple other insurance agencies via email when my existing policy was up for renewal. I wasn’t expecting much, but I shop my insurance annually, because there’s no reason to have loyalty with insurance companies.. I worked with Brant and he was great! It was a plus the majority of our communication was electronic and I didn’t have to spend a great deal of time over the phone. I was a client of Brokers Insurance for over two decades. After the original owner Mr Bernstein passed away his son Marc took over. For years we had a great experience with them until they hired an agent named Paige. It took her almost 4-5 weeks to try to resolve issues we had with renters and then a HO policy. When I called her on her mishandling of things, she cried to her boss saying she was being harassed. I was respectful and direct in my communication and did not insult her whatsoever. Then Marc tells me I should seek another agency for service instead of listening to my side of the story. One would think that after 20+ years as a good customer I would be given the courtesy to hear me out before insulting me. If you are considering hiring them look elsewhere, they don’t practice what
