I was charged for another months service for a car I did not use or have anymore. I cancelled everything but still had the automatic payment go through, my previous monthly payment of $133 and some change. I emailed explaining the situation and they replied back clarifying that I had cancelled it and was now using someone else already (everything now through toyota). I kindly asked for a refund since I did not have the car any longer before the billing cycle and made sure I cancelled in time. They ignored my email and refunded me $31.98. Very disapointed and wished I never become a customer. That money was suppose to be for gas and food.

Had called up about a transferring of title issue and the hassle of re-registering car in only one family member's name. They were so knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. They made my day 10 times easier by helping get all my Ducks in a row!

Refuses to cancel policy even after the other insurance company sent fax to say we were covered through them... Continued to harass us about the policy and continued to refuse to cancel the policy...
