We had our property insurance canceled in Incline Village, NV due to being in a high risk wildfire zone. State Farm was willing to insure us if we could meet specific criteria. Britney assigned Jake M as our agent. Jake was incredible !! When I say over and above performance, that is what he did for us. I was not able to be at the property so Jake took incredible photos with annotations embedded in the photos on the improvements required for meeting the 5 foot clearance requirements. The inspector confirmed areas required to obtain insurance. Jake also provided a comprehensive list of tree companies; that was a huge help for me. I contracted to a tree company and got work done and arranged for wood fence and debris removal. After all this work was done Jake came out again and too
