I canceled my insurance because I lost my job. I called them and explained the situation. They wanted to charge me a cancellation fee. I begged them not to because I wouldn’t be able to pay the $75. They did it anyways and it went to collections. They ruined my credit! I do not recommend this company. They are inconsiderate and don’t care.

Adelia is absolutely amazing. Not only is she very knowledgeable, her customer service is outstanding! She goes above and beyond in every aspect. Adelia knows insurance, her customer safety and satisfaction is her priority. She definitely an asset to your company. Thank you so very much Adelia!!!

Highly recommend this agency! Adelia was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me find an insurance company that has more coverage on the policy for cheaper! Some of the best customer service I’ve received in a long time! I hate leaving 5 star reviews because they usually get overlooked, and don’t seem genuine, but if I could give her and this agency a better rating I would! Try them out for your selves, you have nothing to lose!
