I do not recommend doing business with this agency. My mother was covered through this agency- when I called to cancel when she passed away suddenly, JW Brinkley lacked compassion and sensitivity, and instead yelled at me on the phone when I requested he handle the situation with more care. I have never encountered someone with such a rude demeanor toward someone grieving. Wouldn’t recommend if you are looking for an agent with a sense of empathy or emotional intelligence.
