I've been with State Farm for over 10yrs. My agent Mrs. Smallridge and her team has all ways given me nothing but the up most best customer service. I'm very big on customer service due to that I'm in the customer service business myself. Therefore, it's a big thing for me. With that being said. Mrs. Smallridge team represents her very well. Not only did she help me with the business I went in for but she updated everything for me, informed me about additional insurance pertaining health benefits that I never knew about. My family and I have been with State Farm for a few years now after USAA's rates skyrocketed for our family. Not only did we sign on, but we helped my father-in-law to get signed up as well, as he was affected by USAA's rates going up unaffordably. I recently revised my policy, adding a new to me car, and everyone at Brigit's office worked expeditiously to get it done.
