Nobody likes dealing with insurance, but I actually like dealing and having a relationship with them. I was at the Dr, texted my rep and got help with getting my insurance card sent over to me. Fast, friendly, loving and kind. I love having them on my side!

I was with this agency for years. I tried to get my rates lowered but was told that because of an accident three years ago that they could not help. I found a better rate with better coverage for fifty dollars less a month. I informed the agent I was going when my current policy ended. The next day I was cancelled. Not a good way to do business. I then called the agent to find out what had happened. She told me I authorized the cancellation and she had a recording of my call to prove it. I asked to hear the recording and she just gave me a lot of double talk. I guess they don't know that it's illegal to record a person's conversation without their consent. Karen helped me out a lot. I have been with Progressive for a while and had my services bundled. She was honest and straightforward and won't force anything on you. She couldn't beat the car insurance but saved me $1,100 a year on my home insurance. She was amazing and very professional and I recommend GNS to anyone who wants to save money.
