Really rough experience with these guys. The tl;dr is they illegally authorized a policy in my name, without my notice or permission. I only found out after I selected another company that I wished to work with, notified them and they did not inform me they had already made a policy without my knowledge. They then told me they canceled it, didn't actually cancel it and I did not find out until my current insurance company again dug this up, less than a month out from the 90 day deadline, potentially putting my home insurance status at risk. Giving at least 1 star because they finally finished the process. It only took me, two separate agents from statefarm and citizens all on a conference call to ensure that it actually happened, since they apparently need the oversight, but it was done

He will give you valuable information and allow you to decide which policy would work best for you. Easy to talk to and patient, answering all questions you may have. I am very picky about who I do business with and The Bland Agency never disappoints. Don’t hesitate call them today to see if they can find you a better rate. You’ll be surprised! My experiences with brightway is the professionalism with agent assigned. Any information, advise, or concerns is handled in a professional manner. Your calls are immediately responded. Im appreciated with the services provided and hoping to be a longterm customer in the ocala area.

They change their recommendations which frustrates ,did not fill out insurance application accurately which caused suprise price increase from insurance underwriting department and did not use correct forms as required by insurer to make policy changes creating duplication and confusion. The owner, Kevin (who we mostly deal with) is a nice enough guy, but he only seems to work part time and does not seem too interested in his business. His son, Chris seems capable and has not messed-up anything yet.
