I can’t say enough good things about this office!! In a time where insurance is so demanding in Florida, Jenni the Branch Manager, made sure that I was taken care of!! She secured my homeowners insurance and saved me money on my policy in the process! She is very knowledgeable and has been in the insurance business for years!! Thanks for such great service!! 🤩

I have been with Brightway 10plus years and will be securing a new company for my needs. I found the agent(Jenni) I worked with to be unknowledgeable, rude, and unresponsive. I had been non-renewed at the time and I had called her to discuss options. She was on the phone with another client and I heard her being given the message. I then sent an email thinking she would call later..nope. And her knowing I was uninsured, unable to work and having to get Ubers to run my kids around. The product she had secured did not even meet my needs. I would have been uninsured for a portion of my driving, unknowingly. And this is specifically why I was looking to acquire a new policy. I can't say enough good things about Cynthia. She helped me on my own policy, and then did SO MUCH WORK to bring my Mom over to Brightway, saving her over 2k a year from the charlatans at Brown Insurance & Financial who were telling my mom that Citizens would be more expensive, just so they could profit off of the more expensive Universal policy that my fixed income parents simply couldn't afford. Cynthia went above and beyond, is super quick to respond and very friendly. I'll be sending all of my referrals her way!
