Brightway Insurance

I purchased Insurance for my RV. I stumbled on to Brightway because the seller used your services. Brittany was my service agent. I cannot say enough about her knowledge, advice, promptness and her professional demeanor. It was a great experiance and I highly recommend Brittany for your insurance needs. She is a huge asset to Brightway!

Good job so far, tried to lower my Property insurance rate from large insurance agent which has jumped over $1500.00 even when I had not made a claim in over 20 years. Lisa was very understanding and found me a rate that I can live with. Hopefully the home inspection goes well and the will be the end, for this year anyway.

The assistance with rewriting my policy after a divorce was easy, clear and efficient. The team was sensitive to my needs and timeline and provided extra guidance to ensure a smooth outcome.

Would not recommend. After they sign you up for a policy with any company, you will need to reach a Brightway agent to make any changes. This should be simple as previously each client was assigned one agent and you dealt with them for any questions or changes to your policy. Now you have to go through the 888 number and you will reach a different employee each time. I've been trying for one month to make a simple change to my policy and have called 20+ times. They are unable to find the original quote which was $500 less the current quote. Each time, I have to explain the issue and they say they will get back to me. No emails or call backs are ever given. There is no manager to ensure that things get done. Requests are apparently given to a "service team" who don't seem to be doing anyt
