I’ve been a client at Bright Insurance for years- also ref’d multiple friends and family members. You call insurance agents for a reason, to ask questions and be led in the right direction. Maybe to compare quotes and answer questions you obviously don’t know the process about. Lately every time I’ve called I’ve been receiving attitude. For example I called and the receptionist transferred me to a voicemail, I left a message at 4:23 to call me back when available to move forward with a new auto on my current policy… Vivian calls back and the first thing that comes out of her mouth is “hi Danielle I got your message and it’s 4:30, we’re CLOSED”…. I didn’t ask for a call back ASAP, I totally expected next day. I left a kind message relaying my info and # to call back when ready. She replie

Poor customer service skill sets and “pass the buck” around attitude. This place has gone downhill. Let’s do our jobs today when we show up to the office ladies. Saving money on policies should be the top priority for your clientele.

My visits past and present are always an excellent experience. My agent is Leanne Mantos and she is Awesome to say the least. She is always so friendly and helpful, goes the extra mile to find what policy is best for you. Highly recommend Bright to my family and friends

An Insurance company is not a place I feel you would typically find a review unless you have had to use them. Luckily, I have not had to file a claim with Bright, but any information I've Ever Needed, as well as the rate given, have been top-notch. Every interaction I have had with anybody in this office has been nothing but the highest of quality. I would absolutely recommend bright insurance to anybody that has not shopped a rate, or is looking for a better experience than an internet company.
