State Farm has been so great, kind, professional and helpful when I switched from American Family to State Farm for my house and car insurance! I’ve worked with Donna who is extremely knowledgeable regarding the insurance coverage I needed! She provided all the information I needed to make an easy transition from one insurance provider to their insurance company! I appreciate changing my payment to monthly automatic installments! It makes managing my finances so much easier! Thank you!

I have been with this office since 2017 and I find the office staff really easy to work with. Over the years we have have run through different additions/deductions for what I need for insurance in what amounts of coverage and find something that I am comfortable with being able to afford on my budget. I get my calls returned the same day and I am local so I have actually just stopped in and they have helped me out with getting something paid or taken care of. I am spoken to like my business is truly appreciated, even if I am not the largest client they have.

I have had State Farm insurance since I was 16 years old. Through the years I've only had two agents. One retired and I went to Brian Youmans State Farm. I've been with them for over ten years now. They handle all my insurance needs. I have always been happy with them. If Brian was not in the office staff did an excellent job helping me and answering my questions. I highly recommend them for all your insurance needs.

We have been with State Farm for over 35 years and with this office for 20+ of those years for both auto and home insurance, and they have been nothing but friendly and helpful. When we received notice of an increase in our HOA's deductible 2 weeks before it went into effect, our agent not only helped us "tweak" our coverage to handle the increase, she did it in 3 days, while also handling multiple other claims due to inclement weather.

My first time getting renters insurance was last year. I recently went through a stressful move, and it was very simple and easy to switch over my policy. I like having human confirmation, so I called in to get my renewal paid. Any time I’ve talked to someone at this office, they have been kind, patient and helpful. I would reccomend this insurance office to anyone in need of insurance
