Have had Brian for the last 5 years now ....He and Erica always answer my questions and are there to help me anytime may it be by email or phone. My Claim was quickly paid with no hassle and the process was so well taken care of from start to finish. Was very impressed. Best decision I made to move from State Farm after 10 + years with them. Insurance prices on my home and cars are so good ...saved over $600 a year by switching with same coverage. Keep up the great work guys.

Recently switched auto and homeowners insurance companies. We were very displeased with our previous company. I called and asked for Erica's email address I sent her my information. I can email her or message her on weekends or after hours with questions, and she is always efficient to answer any questions we have, and never treats us as an inconvenience.
