Brian Meaux - State Farm Insurance Agent

We have been State Farm life insurance customers for 20 plus years now. The service has always been great, and still is the same way today! We are satisfied! Lisa Weathers takes good care of us when we have a question or just need to call to check on some information. It's also helpful when we get updates in the mail or through email of changes or non changes just to keep us in the loop. My family and I highly recommend Brian Meaux State Farm Agency for all of your insurance needs. He is great to his employees and his customers as well.

WOW!! What a fantastic agency. All of the ladies who work there are kind and you can tell when speaking with them that they really care. The agent, Brian, is wonderful too. Im so happy I chose this agency and State Farm!

We setup State Farm’s through the call center and transferred us to him as our local agent. Never received a thank for the business. When the team did reach out it was to let us know that a portion of our insurance was being dropped. With no help or guidance, we were left trying to find new coverage. The only time the team did reach out was to sell us on another type of insurance. This local agency is a poor example of the quality I came to know from State Farm and for that we have dropped them all together. We are so disappointed with the service and the lack of communication.

WARNING: NOT TO BE TRUSTED! DO NOT GO TO THEM! If I could give them negative marks I would. Brian Meaux HUNG UP ON ME because he said that I was not understanding the agents' point of view (their point of view being that my parents signed up for extra insurance that my parents did not and would not sign up for) and since I was not trying to understand his point, there is no reason for him to continue the conversation. Really?? He didn't even try to hear our side of the situation stating that a mistake of perhaps miscommunication had been made. This agency increased my parents premium and the Brian Meaux and Debbie from the Baton Rouge, Louisiana office refused to acknowledge my parents stating they didn't sign up for such a change in policy. No information was provided as to why the insura
