I had Allstate insurance and Brian was my agent. When I found a better deal for the same coverage I attempted to cancel my insurance. Brian made it extremely difficult and actually kept my Homeowner’s insurance policy for almost two years after I advised him I no longer wanted insurance through Allstate.
Why? It's pointless. It's already done obviously he's not going to help correct it why else would you have to give a poor review?
Always personal service, when I had a claim they were in touch right away, got check in a timely manner.
Brian is always there when u need him! Thank God for him.
