Have had this insurance for my whole life. Anytime I call, Jane, is exceptional at her job. Never really any issues with getting claims paid. Recently had them tell me I had to do additional things to my house in order to keep something insured. That did not make us happy. We are paying the high premiums, why would I need to add cost to my home to have it stay insured. We had taken measures to make sure these items were secure already.
Brian Kelly AmFam Agency was extremely easy to work with and got us fantastic discounts and coverage. The whole process was smooth and stress-free from start to finish. Highly recommend!
He does a great job 👏 gets the things I need for my car and renters insurance for my place .
Beware of AmFam… poor claims adjusters and investigators that will not look out for you when needed.
