Brian Evans. I do NOT recommend him at all. He had my home residence listed at an address that doesn't exist, for nine years and when I informed him about this, he said it didn't matter. Really?! He had my home also listed as ten years older than it is. I now have appropriate home insurance elsewhere.
Terrible customer service and when I tried to cancel my policy it took 4 days. And I'm still not sure it's been cancelled. Update: it is now 3/24/25 and I just received the nasty note from State Farm. No information on how to contact them. And when I do, I'm just sent back to Brian's office. I've already tried to do that.
Sherelle and State Farm are amazing to work with! They make sure to get you the best deal at an affordable rate!!! I highly recommend them on all your insurance needs!
Goes above and beyond, sent forms to the DOL while I was there trying to get my license. He makes my life easier!
Fast friendly service they went out of the way to find me discounts and after I switched vehicles I found out my insurance dropped
