I worked with Reid, put him through the ringer a little bit I won't lie-- but he stuck it out with me. Very transparent process, knowledgeable as well about procedures and how things work so he's able to educate customers as well which is a huge factor a lot of sales reps forget. Personable, understanding, and will advocate for your needs above his own (as sales reps should do). He's going to be my go-to guy for my car sale customers that need insurance
