You are FIRED. I have had State Farm since I was 16 years old. In that span of time (47 years) I have NEVER had an agent unwilling or incapable of assisting me with a ongoing claims concern. Until now. Does this office think they don't need to be customer service oriented? If you are incapable of doing your job why would I give you my money? What's your relevance to me if you cannot offer solutions beyond "Call the claims people". If I wanted impersonal treatment I would have "The General" insurance.
