Brian Boldman - State Farm Insurance Agent

Anytime I've ever needed anything, Boldman's office has been ready to assist. Everyone is super nice, cheerful and very resourceful. Although I've been with them a long while (I think-feels like it), life changes and you never know what's going to get thrown your way. Like moving into an apartment that requires your coverage every year or more recently- someone hit and ran my vehicle. Ericka was very compassionate but she told me how to exactly go about my situation to make sure my claim got filed the way it needed to. I also love the text feature, because working in healthcare, I'm away from my phone more often than not. I love that they're able to shoot me a message especially when I needed the information to open a claim. It made it easy for me to resort too when I got home that night.

A few years back I switched over to State Farm with Brian Boldman's Agencey. They helped me work through a claim with no issues. I have never experienced the level of commitment that Brian's team provides to their customers. I am extremely pleased with the efforts they put out and would recommend Brian's team in a heart beat. Renee has been so helpful! She actually giggled a bit when I told her how much we were paying with our old company. She saved us HUNDREDS of dollars on both our home and auto loans. Was seen immediately and greeted by polite and knowledgeable agents, who were able to build a new policy for me and save me $200 in comparison to my current policy, which is expiring soon .
