Please, for the love of all that is good, DO NOT use Brian Allen State Farm Insurance. Specially, Brooks. I have had NOTHING but an extremely poor experience with them. They claim they tried to call me a minimum of 10 times, and they are in my contacts. At this point, I would not trust them to insure a dog house if I had one. If I could leave a no start review, I would.
I’ve been with State Farm before in the past however this is by far the best office I have dealt with. Brian Allen is awesome! The whole office is so nice and really care about their customers! Chastity is so nice when I call about anything and always helps! Highly recommend!
