I've been waiting a month now for prices on business liability insurance. Spoke with a lady in the office 3 weeks ago and she said they were trying to get other quotes... I changed my review from 2 stars to 3 stars because Tiffany from the agency reached out to me to see where they dropped the ball and where they need to improve in their customer service. I am very happy with her sincere apology for what went wrong.

I changed my auto and property insurance about a year ago to Brewton Insurance Agency. The rates were much better at Brewton Insurance Agency so I save money. Since changing to Brewton insurance, I have received excellent customer service and the transition to Brewton Insurance went smoothly. I received my proof of insurance cards and documents in a timely manner. I use their user friendly electronic system for bill pay. The office staff and owner are top notch. Thank you Brewton Insurance Agency.

The staff if pretty knowledgeable here as long as all you need to do is purchase insurance. I, however, needed to renew my SR22 insurance and I let Ashley know that it she had to fax it to the Mobile DMV and she acted like she knew for sure that she did not and it would happen automatically... Thank Jehovah that I called back the next afternoon because not only would I have a suspended license longer, I would have had to pay an extra $350 in a matter of minutes, and after all that I paid to get it started would have been pointless!! When I called back I had to coach them through the entire process of something they say is a very common occurrence...smh

Placed my coverage with Michele and Brewton a couple of years ago. Great service and friendly people. If you are looking for an agency to do business with, this is the place!
