Let me start by saying this agency has given us nothing but problems from the beginning. But most specifically Emily and the fact that any time something went wrong neither her nor Courtney would be there. Our insurance lapsed for “lack of payment” even though we had been paying monthly. We have the email statements from the insurance company to prove what our monthly payment was monthly, but they told us we were wrong. We called the insurance company directly and they said they could see we’ve been making our payments, could see that something wasn’t right, and was sorry they couldn’t help us, that the broker made an error and would have to fix their wrong by rewriting the policy since it was written up wrong. I used Will Brett when buying my house. And let me tell you, I’m a single mom with very high anxiety about everything. I loved everything about them until I came out of work to a voicemail stating my homeowners insurance was being cancelled. Imagine the pure panic when you hear that, considering you literally just bought the house 1.5 months ago. No further explanation. I call, he’s not available. I explain to the lady who answered that I couldn’t wait as I am going to have a panic attack, her reply was “well it’s not cancelled until 06/11”. That’s great, but that doesn’t help me.
