I’ve been a USAA customer for 30+ years and was quite surprised how much lower the insurance premiums I was quoted with State Farm relative to my USAA premiums for the same coverage. I will be saving thousands of dollars each year. The local State Farm person, Steven, who took me through the whole process was great and super friendly and professional. He made the process very easy and reasonably quick. I immediately told my family in-laws how great my experience was and they called and are switching from USAA to State Farm as well. Never thought I would leave USAA after so many years, but the difference was too significant to ignore.
