Brent Brainerd - State Farm Insurance Agent

Not only have I had issues with State Farm and Hot Springs, but I have had issues. This is with this specific location. Since I have moved to Heber Springs and the communication is terrible. So, i had called to. Get some information about flood insurance on Friday. The 25th of April, but I was told to call back Monday, which I did to talk to Brent, and I called Monday morning early. And I was told that Brent would call me back, but he never call me back and I am a client. But I obviously I am not a priority even though they screwed up what I'm supposed to be paying in the first place but I gave them a chance and then Tuesday comes around and still no phone call.
