Brent Arter and his team are fantastic! They make insurance easy and truly care about their clients. I love how they handle small claims smoothly, saving me the hassle and potential rate hikes. Great service all around—highly recommend!

I have been with Brent for a few years now, my previous agent retired and I was “given” to a new agent that was not responsive for weeks when I had someone hit me and no one at State Farm would talk to me since I was under her “ownership”. I was furious. Brent and his staff, Shelley in particular, were the only people who would help me at that stressful time years ago (also during the holidays). My rates for my car and motorcycle have been consistent and great and Shelley’s customer service is so above and beyond. She is a miracle worker and was incredibly helpful with my recent issue with Mikes Car Wash (never go there) - people like her truly elevate a business and keep customers for life.

I have been a personal friend of Brent's since High School (43 years) and a client for over 20. Hands down the BEST State Farm agent in West Chester and the most caring. His personal touch and caring responses in time of need is beautiful. His staff is top notch.

I have known Brent since I met him in Monroe as a newer agent. Not much has changed since then except his hair amount and color. His office does a great job maintaining the day to day by being there up front or getting back with help. When I need Brent, he may not be in the office but he gets back promptly. He has helped me even outside of being an agent but as a friend. Most of the time, just advice that I needed to hear. He is a good source to have that knows a lot of people and businesses. You can’t get that from a call center, a commercial spokesperson or an app. I highly recommend you meet him and his team.
