We've had a State Farm homeowners’ policy for over 30 years and fortunately never had to file a claim until this past November when our house was struck by lightning. While all of our furniture had to be moved into storage pods and while the estimated costs for the repairs kept escalating as our electrician discovered more and more damage once the walls were opened to expose more damaged wiring, we had every reason to worry if we'd ever get sufficient coverage. But through all of this, Brennan and Carole were there for us. Whether it was offering their extensive experience or simply their morale support, they gave us the assurance that we'd get through this. And through their ability to help negotiate for us, State Farm was ultimately able to compensate us for all expenses including a hote

I built a new home 5 years ago and needed assistance on coverage for a short period, prior to obtaining a Certificate of Occupancy. Called Brennan and he really stepped up. Was at the build site that day taking pictures and handled everything quickly and professionally. Carol is awesome too. Whenever I call with questions and concerns she has answers and solid advice.
