Brennan Breidenstein - State Farm Insurance Agent

My experience with Brennan and his State Farm agency dates back to 1982 prior to Brennan buying the agency from the previous principal. Brennan and his team have been so wonderful to work with for all of these years. We have homeowners, umbrella, multiple cars, e-bikes & motorcycles all insured through his agency. Their customer service is outstanding. They have helped us through a handful of claims and other State Farm related issues over these many years. Brennan even prompted audits of all of our auto, motorcycle & e-bike policies with State Farm recently which resulted in multiple partial refunds.

I have been with State Farm for more than 40 years and with Brennan more than 20 of those years. I go to him for all of my insurance needs and have never been disappointed. He is extremely responsive, has always been willing to answer my questions even if extensive research was required, and has processed any claims efficiently and quickly. If you decide to go to him for your insurance needs, you will be pleased with his personal attention to detail and the support provided by his helpful and friendly staff.

We were referred to Brennan about 20 years ago and couldn’t be happier. We had to go with someone else for awhile since we moved out of the area, but we quickly switched back to Brennan when he became licensed in PA. Brennan’s customer service is top notch and he always replies promptly to any inquiries I may have. Customer service and prompt responses are worth something to us. If you’re looking for a new insurance agent, please give Brennan a try. You won’t be disappointed.

When our previous State Farm Agent retired in the summer of 2025, my husband and I were very pleased to find Brennan Breidenstein as our new Agent. Our requests are handled quickly and professionally. Brennan and his office personnel have made us feel most welcome.

I wish it hadn't taken me so long to write this review. I've been with Brennan for almost 3 decades and I will stick with him! There are more reasons than I can count and express as to why he is the most amazing agent. He is more than an agent to us, and more like a family member. Regardless of the time of day, I always get a response to my questions. The staff in his office is always superb. I can highly recommend this location and will remain with it as long as I am insured. This office will go above and beyond in resolving any insurance related issues.
