I wanted to alert them about my debit card being replaced. If not, my automatic payment would have been declined. After three attempts, I finally got in touch with a lady at the office to give her this new information. I wanted to point this out to the agent, Brenda Montgomery, and I requested a call back from her. She calls me back and was more concerned about, "why did I specifically request to speak with her?!" She went on to say, "I have other agents that could help you. I don't understand!" With her being the agent I figured that she should be one I speak with about any concerns that I have. Not a good agent, choose someone else. I set up on auto draft for years and randomly one month the payment didn't go through. They did not call me or notify me and let me have a lapse in coverage. They refuse to correct the situation. An insurance agent should help protect you and they do not.
